This window intercom system features a screen mounted microphone and overhead speaker for the customer side, along with a combined microphone and loudspeaker unit for the staff side. It also includes our open duplex amplifier, signage, and a hearing loop.

System Components


Speech Transfer Amplifier
Our amplifier provides full open duplex communication and is compatible with all of our speech transfer products.

Surface Mounted Overhead Speaker
A surface mounted, sealed speaker for overhead installation.

Staff Loudspeaker Unit
Our free-standing combined speaker and directional microphone module for the staff side has an integral loudspeaker, microphone with a semi-rigid stem, adjustable neck and mute switch.

Anti-Vandal Microphone
Our customer side, anti-vandal and screen mounted, directional microphone

PS-55 Power Supply
The PS-55 Power Supply is a Level VI power supply for use with our Speech Transfer Amplifier


IEC62489-1: Our drivers comply with this standard as hearing loop system components
IEC 60118-4 : Hearing loop system installations based on our drivers will comply with this standard if correctly installed
IEC TR 63079: The code of practice for hearing loop system installations
