The LAC-21 is a compact RF combiner particuliary usefull when you need to sum up two TX and share one antenna. As it works from 100MHz up to 800MHz you can imagine many configurations. A switch will help you to select the best gain depending on your devices: +3dB, 0dB and a user position that you can customize by configuring solder jumper on the circuit board. It uses linear amplifiers to reduce intermodulation products.
