AVT MAGIC SERVER scalable, software-based telephone hybrid & audio codec server
For users who already own AVT hardware Telephone Hybrids of the MAGIC
THipPro family including Audio Codecs connected via ACconnect – and who
want to continue using them – we offer the MAGIC Server Legacy.
This allows the classic PC clients to be replaced or supplemented by
modern web clients. This does not change the audio and VoIP
infrastructure connected to the hardware systems.
The web-based user interfaces significantly minimise the time
required for a system update, as only the server needs to be updated.
There is no need for installation at the individual workplaces.
The MAGIC Server Legacy can then be upgraded to a fully-fledged MAGIC Server Professional if required.

Basic licence for MAGIC Server Legacy
- Enables operation via LAN/SCREENER web clients
- Integration of hardware telephone hybrids & audio codecs MAGIC THipPro / Lite, MAGIC ACip3 with ACconnect
- Configuration of device via standard PC LAN/Screener software
- Use of the audio and VoIP interfaces is not affected
- Web-based management client
- Number of devices that can be integrated depends on server specification
- Requires additionally at least: One LAN / Screener Web Client for MSP (430755) Per MAGIC THipPro/Lite unit: Hardware Manager Upgrade (430792)
- A PC /Server is not included in the scope of delivery
- Licensing via cloud (requires internet connection): Unlimited lifetime licence, 1 year free version updates included
- Updates after one year require optional Software Update Support contract (100104) or optional renewal of basic licence (100105)
- Minimum PC hardware requirements:
- Server / Desktop PC / Workstation / VM with Windows 10/11/Server, Intel Core i5 Gen. 11 or higher, min. 8 GB RAM, 16 GB RAM recommended, SSD with at least 256 GB, 1 TB recommended, At least 1 x GbE, 2 x GbE recommended
