• Ingen viftestøy i studio
• Tilsvarer 2 stk Digidesign 192i/o (16 Analog + 16 AES/EBU dig i/o = 32i/o)
• Kun 1 unit rack høyde.
• SynchroLock™ word clock
LT-HD
Now, with the LT-HD in either the Aurora 16 or Aurora 8, connectivity with Digidesign ProTools|HD® is possible. Easily installed in Aurora’s LSlot bay, the LT-HD allows Aurora converters to be used in current ProTools|HD systems. Connected via standard Digilink cables to HD Core or Accel Core cards, ProTools recognizes the Aurora converter and controls all input and output functions, clocking, routing and other settings. One LT-HD equipped Aurora 16 can provide up to 32 channels of analog to digital and digital to analog conversion.
This is a truly plug and play system. LT-HD’s hardware and on-board software streamline installation and set-up, bringing Aurora audio quality and channel count to the ProTools system. LT-HD provides signal latency identical to that of the Digidesign 192 I/O™ for accurate delay compensation within ProTools - no manual delay adjustments are required.
The LT-HD contains one Primary and one Expansion DigiLink port. Aurora supports full channel count at sample rates up to 192 kHz. You do not lose half of your channels at higher sample rates and you do not need to purchase additional expensive modules for full channel counts. Pro Tools users can now benefit from Lynx’s exclusive SynchroLock™ word clock for very low jitter and low distortion of digital signals.

Aurora 16 VT Trim Pots
Expanding its line of Aurora 192 kHz AD/DA converters, Lynx Studio Technology has announced the Aurora 16-VT Variable Trim model. Aurora 16-VT allows users to manually set the analog input and output levels within a range of +8.5 dBu to +24 dBu. 32 miniature trim pots are mounted on the primary circuit board to allow the adjustments.
Since 2004, Aurora has established its position as one of leading high end converters for recording studios around the world. Some studios, that wanted to gain the advantage of Aurora’s pristine audio quality and versatility, also required the ability to manually set the levels for optimum performance. The Aurora 16-VT provides this capability, while preserving Aurora’s other features, specifications and signature transparent sound.
Features of the Aurora converters include:
Analog input and output levels can be set between +8.5 dBu and +24 dBu
24 Bit / 192 kHz Mastering Quality A/D and D/A conversion
192 kHz AES/EBU I/O Supporting Single and Dual Wire Modes
Single Rack Space Configuration
Extensive Remote Control Capability via Lynx AES16, IrDA, FireWire and MIDI
On-board 32 Channel Digital Mixer Provides Flexible I/O Routing
Word clock I/O with Lynx SynchroLock™ Sample Clock Technology
Connectivity via PCI, PCI Express with AES16 cards, ADAT, ProToolsHD, FireWire and MADI (mid 2009)
